Complaints and reports
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
We want nozzlo to be safe. If you notice a violation or disagree with our decision, tell us.
How to report content or a user
- Click "Report" next to a request, message, review or profile — this is the fastest way.
- Or write to support@nozzlo.com and include: a link to the content or profile; what exactly is violated (Content rules); evidence (screenshots, explanation); your contact details for a reply.
You can also block a user right away in the order chat: they will no longer be able to message you or reply to your requests. The list of blocked users is in your settings.
Notifying us of rights infringement
Rights-holders and people whose rights are infringed can send us a notice at support@nozzlo.com with the subject "Rights infringement". Include: your details and contacts; a description of the protected work or right; the exact link to the material; an explanation of why it infringes; and a statement that you are acting in good faith and the information is accurate. We will review the notice without delay and, where needed, temporarily restrict access to the material.
How we handle reports
- We acknowledge receipt and review the material and its context.
- We usually reply within 7 business days; faster for urgently dangerous content.
- We may remove content, restrict features or block an account (Terms).
- We inform the parties of the decision and its grounds, unless the law forbids it.
How to appeal our decision
If we removed your content or restricted your account and you think that is a mistake, write to support@nozzlo.com in reply to our message or with the subject "Appeal". Add an explanation and, if possible, evidence. The decision is reviewed by a person other than the one who made the original decision. Users in the EU may also turn to out-of-court dispute settlement bodies and to the courts.
Personal-data requests
