Terms of use

Last updated: 5 October 2026.

These Terms govern your use of the nozzlo.com website and nozzlo apps (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Operator: Serhii Kostrov ("we", "us"). E-mail: support@nozzlo.com.

1. What nozzlo is

nozzlo is an online intermediary platform that helps people who need 3D printing and related services ("Customers") find those who provide them ("Makers"). We provide the technical means for search, messaging and reviews.

We are not a party to any agreement between a Customer and a Maker. We do not make items, do not guarantee their quality, deadlines or price, do not accept or forward payments and do not insure orders. All arrangements, including price, payment and hand-over, are made and performed directly between users and at their own responsibility.

2. Your account

  • Registration is required. You must be of legal age or have full legal capacity under the law of your country; users under 16 may not register.
  • You provide accurate information, confirm your email and keep your password secret. Everything done from your account is treated as done by you until you tell us it has been compromised.
  • One person, one account. An account may be used as a Customer, as a Maker, or both.
  • You can delete your account under "Security". Details are in the Privacy Policy.

3. Using the Service

  • Requests and offers. A Customer posts a request; Makers may reply with a price and lead time. The Customer chooses the Maker. An offer is not a commitment until the parties agree in the chat.
  • Contact details. Email is revealed only after a Maker is chosen, and only between the parties to the order. A phone number is hidden by default: it is shown to the other party only if its owner has allowed this in their account settings, and only after the Maker has taken the order into work. You must not use contact details for other purposes, including mailings and spam.
  • Chat. Be courteous. Do not demand or send advance payments to strangers without good reason, and do not move the conversation off-platform to get around the rules.
  • Privacy of correspondence. Messages in the order chat are visible only to the parties to the order. If one of them files a complaint about the order, authorised members of our support and moderation team may read the correspondence of that order, only to examine the complaint and, where the Terms were violated, to restrict or block the account. Each such access is recorded in the administrators' action log. In other cases we do not read correspondence, unless the law requires it. You may edit or delete a message you wrote until the other party has read it.
  • Completion. If one party does not respond for 7 days, the order may be closed automatically.
  • Reviews and ratings. Leave only truthful reviews about your actual experience. We may remove reviews that breach these Terms.

4. Conduct and content

You are responsible for everything you upload, publish or send: models, photos, descriptions, messages ("Content"). Content and behaviour described in the Content rules are prohibited, in particular:

  • models of weapons and their parts, other prohibited or dangerous items;
  • infringement of copyright, trademarks and other third-party rights;
  • fraud, deception, spam, mass identical messages;
  • insults, discrimination, violence, unlawful or obscene material;
  • attempts to bypass the Service's protections, harvest other users' data or interfere with the platform.

5. Rights in Content

You keep the rights in your Content. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, limited licence to store, display and transmit Content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, to show a request to makers or a model to the chosen Maker). The licence lasts while the Content is in the Service and ends when it is deleted, except for copies we are legally required to keep.

You warrant that you have the right to upload the Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. A Maker decides whether to accept an order to print a model whose rights are in doubt and is responsible for that decision.

6. Moderation

We may review Content (including automatic file checks), remove it, and restrict or block accounts for breaches of the Terms or the law, or following reports. We explain decisions and their grounds where the law allows and let you appeal — see Complaints and appeals.

7. Advertising

Advertising in the Service is placed under the Advertising rules and is always labelled. The advertiser is responsible for the content of its ad.

8. Payments

No payments between users are processed through nozzlo. We do not ask for or accept payment from users for intermediation. The terms of paid advertising (if you are an advertiser) are agreed separately.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for the acts or omissions of users, for the quality, safety, legality or timing of items and services, or for losses arising from deals between users;
  • we are not liable for temporary unavailability of the Service or for data loss caused by a failure or by third parties, although we apply reasonable safeguards;
  • our total liability to you on any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the last 12 months (for free users, EUR 100).

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, for intentional harm or harm to life and health) and do not deprive consumers of mandatory rights under the law of their country.

10. Mobile apps

If you use the nozzlo iOS app, the following also applies: Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app, its support or claims relating to it; those matters are handled by us. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the app.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change the Service and these Terms. We will announce material changes on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without depriving consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court under applicable law. Consumers in the EU may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
