Content rules
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
These rules keep nozzlo safe and useful. They apply to requests, models, photos, messages, reviews and profiles ("Content"). They supplement the Terms of Use.
What is allowed
Ordinary items and services: spare parts, enclosures, prototypes, hobby models, board-game pieces, gifts, architectural models, tools, cosplay without prohibited elements, and laser cutting and engraving of lawful items.
What is prohibited
- Weapons and their parts: firearms, their components and ammunition, devices for converting weapons, suppressors, means of making explosives.
- Dangerous and unlawful items: devices for theft or fraud (skimmers, lock-picks for others' property), forged documents, stamps, banknotes, seals, licence plates.
- Infringement: a model protected by copyright or a trademark where you lack the rights-holder's permission; copies of branded goods with counterfeit markings.
- Illegal and harmful material: child sexual abuse material, terrorist and extremist content, calls to violence, discrimination on any ground, trade in prohibited substances.
- Other people's personal data without their consent; publishing private contact details in public fields.
- Fraud and deception: fake profiles or reviews, requests for advance payment with no intention to deliver, impersonation, fake results of work.
- Spam: mass identical requests and messages, advertising outside permitted places, steering users to outside services.
- Interference with the Service: bypassing limits and protections, automated data harvesting, malicious files.
Moderation of models and files
Uploaded files are checked automatically (antivirus, a blocklist of known prohibited hashes) and manually after a report. A maker has the right, and the duty, to decline an order whose legality is in doubt.
How to report a violation
Use the "Report" button next to a request, message or profile, or write to support@nozzlo.com. More in Complaints and appeals. You can also block a user in the order chat.
Consequences
Depending on severity we may: warn, remove Content, temporarily restrict features, block the account, and, where there are signs of a crime, notify law enforcement. We explain the reason for a decision and let you appeal it.
